Not at all. This class is for anyone who wants to better understand their pelvic floor and how it impacts their body. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms or simply want to be proactive about your health, you’ll find this information valuable.

Do I need a referral or diagnosis to attend?

No, you do not need a referral, diagnosis, or prior experience with pelvic floor therapy. This seminar is educational and open to everyone.

Will attending be awkward or uncomfortable?

We understand this can feel like a sensitive topic. The class is designed to be respectful, supportive, and judgment-free, with many women having similar experiences. There is no physical participation, evaluations, exercises, or hands-on treatment, and questions may be submitted anonymously.

Is this workshop appropriate during pregnancy or postpartum?

Yes. This workshop is safe and appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, recently postpartum, or years beyond childbirth. We discuss how pelvic floor function changes across all stages of life.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a friend or support person. We just ask that each attendee registers individually so we can plan accordingly and have an accurate headcount for seating and food.
