Frequently Asked Questions

When and where is the workshop?

Join us on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at 913 Harding St., Lafayette, LA 70503. This is an in-person event.

How much does it cost?

This is a free educational event, but registration is required as there are only 25 spots available.

Who should attend?

The Recovery Lab was designed for anyone serious about performance and longevity — coaches and athletic staff looking to build smarter recovery into their programs, parents of student athletes who want to protect their child's development, and active adults or weekend warriors who are tired of feeling beat up between sessions. If you train hard and want to get more out of it, this class is for you.

Will it be a lecture or hands-on?

A mix of both. Dr. Hines will walk through the science and you'll have opportunities throughout to ask questions and apply what you're learning to your specific situation. This isn't a passive sit-and-listen event.

Can I bring a friend, spouse, or fellow coach?

Absolutely, we encourage it! Each person must register individually to reserve their spot, as seating is capped at 25.

Will there be time for questions?

Yes. Q&A is built into the session so you can get specific answers relevant to your athletes, your program, or your own training.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. The Recovery Lab is a genuine educational event. Our goal is to give you science and tools you can use immediately — full stop.
